- Surveys and forms - Send a post-event questionnaire, a volunteer satisfaction survey or anything your surveying heart desires; it's all included in your $29.95/month rate.
- Easy layouts - Choose from nearly 40 content layouts (text and image combinations), and design your emails right in EmailNow - no HTML expertise or layout programs like DreamWeaver required!
- Improved reporting - See real-time updates about your email campaigns and how well they performed. Let EmailNow compare your campaigns (up to five campaigns side by side). You can even send follow-up emails based on subscribers' response history; for example, email all the folks who click the link to read more about your upcoming special event.
- Segmentation - We can make sure all of your contact lists are moved to the new system. Then, take advantage of the Search & Segment tool which allows you send to subscribers based on what groups they're in, whatever demographic/geographic information you have and/or their response history. Segmentation means more targeted messages, which in turn means higher engagement with your subscribers.
- Image and document libraries - Upload an unlimited number of graphics and up to 1 MB of documents to link to in your emails. We'll host them for you right in EmailNow.
- Archive your emails. The new EmailNow will create a Web address for every campaign you send out. Create an archive on your website. Link to your latest newsletter in your personal e-mail signature. Show new/potential supporters your previous campaigns.
